Mar 18, 2010 · We ended up having to recover the entire HDD from backup. Since then, we have one user who can't receive email. Message Tracking Center shows "SMTP: Message delivered locally to [valid][/valid]" "SMTP: Message scheduled to retry local delivery" ad nauseum. This only happens with ONE user, everyone else can send and receive just fine.

The affected user can send e-mail, I see the mailbox in the Exchange Server Console, yet all mail is waiting in the Local Delivery Queue. I've gone through the eseutil /mh, eseutil /p, eseutil /d, and isinteg -s sbs -fix -test alltests process to no avail.
