Hermes are shit! they say that you can contact the driver on the missed delivery slip but it's invariably blank. When they show up a third time (probably during working hours just to make sure you won't be there) they will send the package back to the sender.

He's also saying he isn't prepared to give up any more half days to wait for non-existent deliveries.
