There is quite a few to chose from. 2nd if you type in *0# then a space then your message it will create a delivery report for your text message. This code works with O2, Orange & Vodafone. Not sure about Three. You could give it a try.

There tweak does not have any customizable settings. The only way to disable it is to uninstall it from within Cydia.
