Dec 16, 2015 · From the message header, I find the delay occurs when Office 365 mail server delivers message to your Exchange server. Based on my experience, possible cause is: when Office 365 establishes SMTP session with Exchange Server, the delay occurs, or due to network issue, the message cannot be delivered immediately, etc.
