Jul 16, 2013 · MAPI Delivery for a particular database, mails stuck in the Queue in Active State which used to grow and after restarting Transport Services its resume functionality and it happen once in a week and always occur for different different database.

Mar 20, 2008 · We discovered that when Symantec mail security services are set to manual or disabled and then the server is rebooted, the messages all move out of the mapidelivery queue and are delivered normally. Symantec services can then be started manually and will not affect message routing.

Dec 17, 2011 · all email is stuck in queue on exchange 2010. Everything has been working fine but, last night @ 9pm all email stopped. I can still connect to exchange both with outlook client and OWA. But, email not flowing. This is internal and external email. I am in still in co-exisit mode with 2003. rebooted both servers still down. HELP!!!
