May 08, 2013 · We did have to perform a mailbox recovery and reinstall Exchange using /disasterrecovery. Mail is flowing normally except for a few distribution lists. When users send to a group (approx 18 people) only 8-13 of the people receive the message. The remaining recipient's mail gets stuck in the Local delivery queue. Eventually, the NDR is generated:

Im in a single win2k native domain/forest. Ive moved to my and another domain admin mailbox to Exchange 2003 successfully. We can send mail in and out of the company, and to accounts on either of the two mailservers. Problem is, since I moved my mailbox to the 2k3 server, emails from other machines on the network get stuck in local delivery queue.
