canada post loses parcels that are also trackable and registered. because if you are not home to receive it, and they leave the delivery notice cad/c.o.d it can still go missing! i have had this happen to me 1 week ago and they still cant find it! the tracking shows the item is at a canada post pick up, at shoppers drug mart. but it is not there!
