Typed the alias in the TO: field, it recognized the alias and defaulted the name listed in the GAL. This message is sitting in the Local Delivery Queue as well. Also tried sending the message from my Outlook, entering the From address of the sender having the problem (usera) and the recipient (userb). Message sits in Local Delivery Queue.

The problem was one user had almost 50 emails stuck in the local delivery queue. They could send email inside and out, but incoming would never get there. I believe the problem was a corrupted mailbox. To fix the user’s mailbox, I exported their account to a .pst using Exmerge.
