    Apr 10, 2012 · As far as I know the strength is training is included in the weekly hours. Friel is big on strength training in the prep and early base periods and once you get into the late base and build periods he really only recommends one 45min strength maintenance session a week. So that shouldn't have a very large affect on your weekly hours.
