Nov 12, 2016 · I have exactly the same problem. I sent the passport through xPresspost and the status "Out for delivery" hasn't been changed since November 23rd. I have called to Canada Post many times and each agent tells me absolutely different stories about the current location of the item. First one told me that it hasn't delivered yet.
