I was having a huge craving for fish and chips so googled best shops in Victoria. Haultain was the closest to me. It was very expensive, nothing was included even tartar sauce. Most fish and chip places include coleslaw and tarter sauce. The halibut was okay but the batter was super soggy and greasy. The biggest disappointment was the chips.
