I looked closely at them the other day and see I have two 12v Duralast marine/rv series 27 wet batteries. One is model 27DC (deep cycle) with CCA=675 AmpHrs=180, and the other is a 27DP-DL (dual purpose) with CCA=800 AH=115.

This deep-cycle marine/RV battery is rated for 500 MCA (marine cranking amps) and 80 amp-hours. The 140-minute reserve capacity indicates the number of minutes a battery can deliver 25 amps of current without dropping below 10.5 volts.
https://deepcyclebatterystore.com/calculate-battery-amp-hours/
Amp-hours (at 12 volts) = watt-hours / 12 volts = 1470 / 12 = 122.5 amp-hours. If you are using a different voltage battery the amp-hours will change by dividing it by the battery voltage you are using. Now go back to Steps 2-4 above to refine your calculation.

I read up a little more, and a general rule is to divide the reserve capacity by 2 and this is the approximate AH rating of the battery. So I figure that 50 AH is a conservative AH rating for my 115 min. reserve capacity battery. So now I have 150 AH just in batteries, and I'll probably get a 200 amp alternator.

They will not be Trojan's, but the ones I have used over the years have stood up well. 6 volts and 210 to 225 amp hours per battery. For PV or alternative energy use look for the "20 hour rate" amp hours figure.
