If they charge a delivery fee I only tip a dollar. If it's bad weather out, or the pizza arrived really quickly, I might tip as high $5. Otherwise, somewhere around $2. I know everyone around here always says how important it is to tip the shit out of servers and delivery people, but I'm bitter and cynical about it.

It depends on the judgment I can make of the delivery man, and how long it took the pizza to get there, depending on the day and time. I know that Friday evening is really busy, and if it's anyone that looks to be 30 or over, I will usually tip double what I'd tip a younger person on a slow day.
