May 25, 2006 · Go figure. I called the next day to Bob's Discount Furniture to ask if I could have 1/2 of a refund of my delivery fee because they only did half the work, seemed fair to me. Well after being transfered from the store, to delivery to customer service, back to delivery to the store, I was a bit upset.
