Bought a Hugo Boss blue shirt online when It arrived it had clearly been re-packaged in a freezer bag no tags and was clearly a used product really washed out sent it back for a full refund but House of Fraser still charge me for delivery to my address and charge me delivery to send it back £13 out of pocket very bad customer service.

Conspiracy. I think there should be an alternative review symbol as House of Fraser do not deserve any star ratings. Is there an actual complaint system in place or is this just a guise to ignore complaints by navigating customers through a minefield of on line help!!!!! which by the way doesn't work and wont let me submit my complaint and the phone numbers are not in use.
