Contacting House of Fraser is difficult, the only option being online chat which is pretty useless. Hermes wont discuss it but refer you back to HOF. Goods eventually arrived in damaged packaging and now the cost of returns is all paid by the customer as well as the delivery cost.2.3/5

Conspiracy. I think there should be an alternative review symbol as House of Fraser do not deserve any star ratings. Is there an actual complaint system in place or is this just a guise to ignore complaints by navigating customers through a minefield of on line help!!!!! which by the way doesn't work and wont let me submit my complaint and the phone numbers are not in use.
