I had a delivery which was due to have 3 packages, only received one and other 2 were marked as delivered at exact same moment. Delivery guy didn't even knock on door, heard rummaging at the door so opened it to see driver walking away with the parcel dumped on porch (no attempt to hide it at all). Do not trust Hermes with anything of value.4.2/5

On Friday I had email at 9.02am to say parcel delivered and signed for at 9.48am! Then another two emails to say delivered and signed for yet again at different times, again no delivery. I have had the same Hermes delivery driver for many years and never had a problem before, I think they are taking on extra drivers who do not know the area.1.2/5
