What surprised me was the fact, that they seemed to be driving my delivery from one of their depots to another 4 times. Maybe someone wanted to watch TV there, because that's what I'd ordered. To top it, they then even provided the feedback that I'd rejected the delivery at a time when I was clearly at work on day 6 after the promised delivery.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 7.am. and 21:00 pm. In most cases the parcel will require a signature, however if HDNL is instructed they will leave the parcel in a safe place.

HDNL are infuriating as their website has no contact or depot details of any kind. And if you phone them up, they can't even tell you where their local depots are. A friend of mine tells me its because they subcontract out all of their local delivery. The only way you get their address is by having the HDNL call center arrange for the local depot to call you. Crazy, I know.

Oct 20, 2009 · On the HDNL tracking page the address changed to my new address on the 15th and they started to attempt delivery from the 16th to the 20th so as the correct address was on their own tracking page the entire time they were attempting delivery I don't see how they can say they didn't know about it.

Anyone needing to chase up a delivery from HDNL Swindon, I just tried the number listed here and it worked 01793-537171. But note it doesnt always work and sometimes just goes dead after ringing a few times. keep trying.
