If you are fit and dont take stopping breaks: 50 minutes to 1 hour. If you are taking your time, a person who just works out some time, and take breaks along the way, it will take you about 90 minutes. If you take lots of breaks, don't really workout, just strolling along, it'll take you 2 hours to 2.5hours.

I took almost 4 hours the first time I did the Grind and swore never to return. It was crowded, noisy and it was hot! In 2015 I returned solo but wanted to do the Grind on my own terms so I started early, between 6.45 and 7 am. From 2.30 hrs, I now have a best of 1.05 hrs.
