I ate breakfast at 630 am, and now I'm having a peach as my "snack" at 10 am, and eating my lunch at 12 and then I don't have a snack between lunch and dinner and I usually eat dinner around 5:45-6:00 pm. Be sure to drink enough water as well, water has a lot of benefits.
