4 reviews of Eli Whitney Museum and Workshop "I could write volumes about this museum but will not bore you with it all. I will say that I took classes with the now Director, Bill Brown - years before he took over EWM and built it into a successful hands on experiential museum for all ages. There is no admission to the museum although donations are always welcome.

The Eli Whitney Museum is easy to find. There is a stop light on Whitney Ave that allows easy entry to the parking lot. At Christmas time there is a very nice model railroad. Other times of the year you can see a collection of old toys, chemistry sets and other interesting items. There are also some nice hiking paths through the local woods.
