Mar 31, 2016 · Lucky for me i have a 4G backup service and the knowledge to reconfigure the delivered modem to operate on VDSL. It just looks bad for Exetel really, stating the device has been sent one day but not actually sending it until 7 days later as they were out of stock of that particular modem & not notifying the customer.
