Nov 17, 2011 · This does get difficult, if it's an intermittent problem. You may need to watch the Exchange mail local delivery queues to see if the mail is getting held up. I don't have a BB server on my Exchange server, so I'm not sure how that affects things. You might check the event logs on the Exchange server to see if there is anything strange listed.
