The undeliverables report a problem with the SMTP server. I would say it's happening to about 5-10% of messages sent currently.

Recently I've noticed that of the NDR's we get off of our exchange server, probably 8/10 are sbcglobal.net addresses that get an NDR of 2.0.0. Occasionally it will say exchange attempted delivery to an incorrect MTA. I had a mass email go out on friday (2500-4000 emails) and got about 100 NDR's for sbcglobal.net addresses.
