Once the NDR is generated and sent to sender, email will disappear from Store. Hence you will not be able to retrive it. But, if you can set SMTP Virtual server to send copy of all NDRs to specific email address (like administrator); you can forward it to user if at all required.

I checked the User's properties and under Email Address compared all the configurations (SMTP, X.400)with known good accounts and all appears to be configured the same. When I move user accaunt from Exchange 2003 on the Exchange 2000 server it worket properly.
