    Jul 30, 2013 · luckily we were able to restore the exchange server and it worked fine until this morning. all of a sudden all inbound messages started getting stuck in the "local delivery" queue. all outbound mail seems to pass through without a problem.

    Jul 12, 2013 · hi, my exchange local delivery Q alway backed up with 2-4 times each day, i had to stop the default smtp virtual server and stop the smtp services and start both back up to get mail flowing again, sometimes i have to end inetinfo.exe in task manager to bring the smtp services down. this is a constant headache. can anyone help.
