Aug 17, 2012 · What does the USPS mean by "Expected Delivery Date"? Does the USPS mean that it's expected to ship out on the date, or do they mean it will arrive at destination on that that date? I mean, pregnancy terms, expected delivery date is when the baby will probably come out... but this is mail, not a guess-and-check over nature matters.
