Nov 04, 2019 · Yes my ISP changed it correctly 3-4 days ago. I am bale to send over 70% of emails. Bot some email services rejects me due incorrect or no PTR reason. When i test via Exchange it shows errors with my old IP. TTL for PTR is 60 min which set by my ISP. I can not change it. I dont think this servers DNS`s are manually set.
