Royal Mail signed for item not delivered yet. I sent it signed for 2nd class on 9th July but it still hasn't arrived and the tracking just says it's still with them (on Royal Mail website). Buyer has been pretty understanding but is understandably getting annoyed now.

I've struggling to find information on what is the standard ebay process if a buyer says the item they bought hasn't been delivered. It's about a week late and I'm not sure how long I should leave it before offering a refund, I've tried looking for this information myself but can't seem to find anything.

Nothing had arrived so I emailed the vendor who said they'd sent it on 6th April recorded delivery, she gave me the recorded delivery number. On checking it says it was delivered on 7th April but I've not received it, nothing through the door to say it's even been left with a neighbour but I went and checked round our street and no-one took in a parcel for me.
