Agreed, eBay and PayPal should be on the same page for Signature Confirmation. I usually use it for less than $250, depending on what the widget is. I am just concerned that the eBay $750 requirement (which has been posted on several help/discussion boards) will cause problems for new sellers.

Signature Confirmation only cost's a few bucks more to ship a item.Sometimes you may run into a buyer stating he/she never received the item.Signature Confirmation is used just for that sole purpose.There's many tricky buyers out their that are seeking any way to obtain a item for free or most cases 200% buyer profit as have the cake & eat it too.
