    Welcome to the National Botanic Gardens – We Are Open! During the current COVID restrictions (edited November 2021), we are pleased to welcome visitors to the Gardens, from 10am to 4.30pm on weekdays and on Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays ( Glasnevin), and 9am to 4.30pm ( Kilmacurragh), Monday to Friday, weekends, and bank holidays.

    Christmas Opening Hours: The car park at the National Botanic Gardens, Kilmacurragh, will be closed on Wednesday 25 December, Christmas Day, but the gardens will remain open to pedestrians. The Acton Café will be open from 9.30am – 2pm on Tuesday 24 December and will close on Wednesday 25 December and Wednesday 1 January 2020.
