The first time was a group dive with Anna and Peter to the wall off of the NW side of Provo. The second time was a private. boat dive off of West Caicos with Anna and Joe. We found Dive Provo to be easy to book, communicative and helpful. The boats were in good shape and the entire Dive Provo team was competent and helpful.

Let me make this clear - DIVE PROVO changed the dive plan, notified us only 12 hours before the dive, but refused to let us cancel because we weren't giving THEM 24-hour notice before the dive. So we ended up paying $160 for absolutely nothing, and had to endure an incredibly rude treatment by the shop owner, Clare Jardine.
