Email received saying attempted delivery and asking to reschedule. Absolutely no attempt to deliver item as I have been inside, in the living room nearby front door all morning with 2 other people, we all did not hear or see any delivery. No card put through door and customer service via email completely useless.

Eventually with complaints to to the on line seller we found out DX had the item on time to achieve the purchased delivery slot. When it eventually arrived the following FRIDAY!! with all the arrangements changed to enable receipt - it was damaged. Terrible service, going back to in store purchasing.
