Feb 13, 2011 · Ive got a 2004 lly and Ive got the same problem, only diff is mine idles a little hard, wont blow smoke all the time either, if your having those same symptoms have the fuel pressure regulator checked, thats what a chevrolet dealer told me was wrong with mine. truck still runs good and its a bit of a pricey fix, dealer wants $900 to fix but smaller shop wants more like $6-700.
