Susanne, we definitely want you to receive your delivery. You have a couple options. You may leave a note for the FedEx delivery person to leave your package (if you trust your area). Some FedEx locations do hold your packages at their sites. I have one by me that does that. They usually attempt to deliver your package a couple times.

Sep 16, 2014 · Depends on who you ordered from. Last time when I ordered the iPhone 5 through Verizon Wireless, they use FedEx. The delivery guy just leave it on my porch. So I expect the same thing with my iPhone 6 Plus. And that's why I prefer FedEx than UPS. UPS always require signature or you have to go to their distribution center to pick up.
