Mar 28, 2008 · When the airline delays the arrival of your luggage at their fault and you arrange for them to deliver your bags the airline pays for FedEx or a contracted delivery company to bring you your bags. Although it's apperciated you are not expected to tip the delivery person. It's basically like they're deliverying a package.

It is not customary for them to deliver a package to an office and expect a tip. It would be unprofessional. So, as they aren't expecting it, why chance that you could make the situation awkward for them.
