Unless the delivery site (usually any food delivery) specifically states that the delivery fee isn't used as tip, in that case I do tip. I just figure that they weren't working for tips- they do get a paid wage, and tip is just extra. And in all honesty, I usually forget anyway.

Yeah, the company pays them, but they get the same hourly pay whether they're delivering a single light item or multiple heavy pieces that have to go up stairs and through narrow doorways and then be assembled.
