May 05, 2011 · I have been readin on the interwebz that usually someone has to sign for the ammo if you order it online. Is that true for PA? I just ordered some from a guy in WV and when I asked him he thought they would just leave it at the door. Its just hard to be home during the day when UPS comes.

It actually has nothing to do with the ammo, the sender can request and pay for the carrier to collect/require a signature for any delivery. IIRC the only shipments that by law/code are required to have an adult signature at the time of delivery are alcoholic beverages.
