Oct 05, 2010 · It might, but from my experience, it doesn't happen often. I think it also depends on your delivery type. Priority Mail tends to be a lot more reliable, so I'd garner that if you were to receive it earlier, you'd have a higher chance through Priority Mail. My own package was supposed to come in today but didn't come.
