Oct 14, 2017 · I've spoken to many drivers at Papa John's and other delivery places. The drivers do NOT get all of the $3.75 delivery charge. Yet, Papa John's does nothing to earn what they get. Dec 11, 2007 · The delivery fee DOES NOT go to the drivers, if you don't tip them, they get nothing from the run and they're already paid less than minimum wage when they're on the road. Delivery fee goes to the Papa Johns store to help pay for insurance to back the drivers as well as pay for the gas drivers use to deliver the pizzas.
