I have an exchange 2003 server with GFI mailessentials 12 installed. I notice that whenever spam comes in to an address that doesn't exist, the system sends out a delivery status notification. I'd like to disable these notifications altogether. I unchecked "allow delivery reports" in the internet message format menu, but the reports keep going out.

Mar 17, 2017 · OP, you should reach out to the receiving domain's sysadmin and ask them to create a mail flow rule to allow emails from that IP address to come in when the sender's domain is @whatever.com or do a pattern match in the subject line/body with something like (yourcompany)*
