Apr 27, 2011 · In the UK delivery from Dell has always been pretty good, i.e. they quote 10 days as their standard lead time and usually beat that. When there has been delays it's been fairly easy to find out why, although do have a good Account Manager which seems to help

My estimated delivery date is the 19th of April; this seem exceptionally long, especially as del themselves states on their shipping page that XPS systems should take no longer then 4-7 days. I wanted to inquire if anyone has ordered from dell.com to the UK and how long their order took to arrive, so I have a rough estimate. Cheers
