Well Dell should have a caviat at the ordering stage and not tell people it will be 2 or 3 days when it will be 15. At no point are you given the choice to accept a longer delivery. ie We tell you 2-3 days, so order now and then after ordering you say well actually it's 15 days - it fails to deliver on a promise.

Apr 27, 2011 · In the UK delivery from Dell has always been pretty good, i.e. they quote 10 days as their standard lead time and usually beat that. When there has been delays it's been fairly easy to find out why, although do have a good Account Manager which seems to help
