May 09, 2014 · 1-. Global settings -> Delivery -> Defaults Settings -> Uncheck Recive and Send mesage size and click on Accept. 2-. First administrative group -> Servers -> <Your server name> -> Protocols -> Smtp -> <name of your instance > -> stop it and start it again. And now i can recive attachments normally. So, i think the problem is the size of the message.
