Aug 25, 2016 · Delivery is delayed to these recipients or groups, i had checked queue viewer in Exchange console it's shows like "451.4.4.0 primary target ip address responded with :"521 connection rejected" attempted fail over to alternate host" but that did not succeed . Either there are no alternate host or delivery failed to all alternate host .

Our email gateway is able to connect to the remote email server, but that system is not accepting delivery of the message. Our system will attempt delivery 4 more times over the next 16 hours.
