Oct 17, 2019 · Hello. When I schedule emails to sent as delayed delivery they send MOST of the time. The ones that don't send sit in my Outbox. I'm on exchange server (purchased via Office 365 not a third party) I ran windows update and made sure my version of Outlook 2013 is up to date.

When you enable the Do not deliver before option to defer the delivery of a message, the message is deferred to the local Outbox, not to the server.
