Aug 16, 2011 · I am using Outlook 2007 SP2 (12.0.6557.5001 SP2 with MSO 12.0.6554.5001) and an Exchange Server 2007 SP3 with Rollup 3. When I send an e-mail using the delay delivery option, the recipient see the time I wrote the message instead of the time the mesage has been sent.

If I send you a message and hit send at 9:14, but tell it to delay delivery until 9:20, you will see 9:20 in your inbox but 9:14 on the message itself.

They have been complaining that they would like for all the emails they are sending using the delayed delivery option to time stamp in sent items when it's actually sent and not when they activate it.
