Dec 15, 2011 · If I go to Exchange 2003 --> Administrative Groups --> First Administrative group --> Servers --> exchange --> protocols --> SMTP --> SMTP Virtual Server properties and set "Limit message size to (KB)" and set it at 20480Kb, I beleive it will apply to all users regardless what I do within the AD account for the 10 users that i want to exclude.
