E-mailed datakits to be told the item would be sent out within 2 days but a week later still no goods. I paid with a credit card so rang credit card company who sent off an investigation that day and within 2 days had received an e-mail from datakits saying I was being refunded and couldnt believe it when my credit card was refunded on 20 Dec!

Ordered an I pod classic at begining of October (on a five day dispatch and delivery) ....Have still not recieved it to date 12/12/08. Datakits have not answered any of my e mails or phone calls since 18/11/08. I am now in the process of taking them to court to get my money back!
