Dec 04, 2015 · If you want to try crossfit, here is my advice: do it! Anyone can do it. It is not a bunch of meat heads slamming weights. There are a variety of skill levels and any work out can be scaled to suit your needs. The people that go to Stimulus are kind, encouraging, and hilarious. They have become my second family.
